Job Description:

They are seeking to hire Chartered Accountants (Freshers) who will be part of their Finance & Accounting team. As an Associate, you will contribute to various finance functions and gain exposure to diverse areas of accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for clients.
3. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Perform basic financial analysis and reporting tasks.
5. Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
