Genocide by default ? As stated by An Epidemiologist? Or Assisted Suicide, by the Trump voters of the American nation? All of which is avoidable.

Gregg Gonsalves hit the nail on the head as far as the primary victims of this pandemic, so far. However, as far as who will ultimately be destroyed, he failed to get the big picture. What is at stake as far as attack on the minority population is the architecture of distribution of goods, much of which is serviced by the minority population. i.e. Steve Miller in his White Supremacy fantasies does not get it, that the Conavirus is setting the USA up for potential mass starvation which could hit EVERY Citizen of the United States, regardless of their ethnic background.

And yes it has come to that. I.e. the potential for mass starvation could really become apparent if and when often savagely abused minority groups refuse to pick and garner food, when Truckers refuse to ride their trucks to deliver produce and when people who prepare food are either killed due to neglect by the Conavirus, and the rest of the population suddenly gets no food on its daily rations of permitted meals.

Yale Epidemiologist: U.S. Handling of Coronavirus “Awfully Close to Genocide by Default”

An epidemiologist didn’t hold back in his assessment of the U.S. response to Coronavirus on Wednesday. Yale’s Gregg Gonsalves said the approach came close to genocide.

Gonsalves sent a series of tweets slamming the U.S. government’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. He’s not the first person to use the word “genocide” in his criticism.

“How many people will die this summer, before Election Day?” Gonsalves asked.

“What proportion of the deaths will be among African-Americans, Latinos, other people of color? This is getting awfully close to genocide by default. What else do you call mass death by public policy?”

Gonsalves continued with a short Twitter thread highlighting what he called the federal government’s negligence in the face of a global pandemic. He did not refer to President Donald Trump by name.

“So, what does it mean to let thousands die by negligence, omission, failure to act, in a legal sense under international law?” Gonsalves asked.

“And I am being serious here: what is happening in the US is purposeful, considered negligence, omission, failure to act by our leaders.”

“Can they be held responsible under international law?”

Gonsalves then reacted to an article by New York University’s Jay Rosen and repeated his charges of negligence.

“We don’t need to ask how horrible tragedies unfolded in history, we see it now. Good people go about their days, grouse a little about the state of the world, then move on,” he said.

“This is a culture, a country that has lost its moral compass.”

Once again

I would not put it past Steve Miller, and Trump to be trying to kill minorities deliberately via the Conavirus. But what needs to be focused on is who in the end ultimately suffers. The virulent racial hate of the Trumpie voters if left unchecked will have a signpost effect of upending distribution of goods and that will in the end, if left unchecked due to the racialist hate of Miller and Trump doom the United States.

We need all of us, in America. Ethnic cleansing, which may be Miller's and Trump's fever dream will imperil the very existence of the nation and needs to be faced up to before the USA is doomed to self destruct.
