Gennarosity Campaign to Shoot in Kenya

I’m excited to share that I’ve officially been chosen to Direct and Produce a Global Social Media Awareness Campaign for Australian Charity, Gennarosity Abroad. 

For the past 10 months I’ve been working closely with the Charity Founder and CEO Genevieve Radnan on taking the organisation to new heights and helping them achieve their aspirations. 

Gennarosity Abroad has been helping impoverished women and children in Kenya for the past 9 years and is focused on improving living standards for future generations through providing education and vocational skills to those living in remote and disadvantaged communities.

Over the last 9 years, Genna has raised over $250,000 for her organisation through many charity events and initiatives. Throughout this journey, she has inspired many children to get involved in her work and gain a greater perspective of what it means to give back and experience the power of building and pursuing a dream. 

Most of us are lucky to be born in a world with unlimited opportunities. The harsh reality is that this isn’t the case for the majority of the world’s population. 

Genna and her organisation have not only created opportunities for countless women and children in struggling Kenyan communities, but have inspired many here in Australia to become global active citizens. 

Our aim is to spread the word of this incredible organisation and hopefully inspire others to want to help those who are less fortunate. 

Joining me on this journey, is my long time Producer Judy Menzcel. I’m lucky to have her wealth of experience onboard a campaign of this nature. 

Our campaign will include a series of short films that will be marketed through social media channels around the world.

The campaign will be shot in Kenya this July and I couldn’t be more excited!
