A season of success and smiles

Summer has officially drawn to a close... The leaves are turning orange and the cosy clothes are coming out. But what a summer it has been!?

After months of hard work, we are completely blown away by the support for our Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards received last week. So, we have decided to take this opportunity to fill you in on the event, in case you missed it!

Thanks to Paul Stevenson, our Genius Within Ambassador, for our August photo of choice!?

"Autumn, or Fall if you prefer, is the period that occurs between summer and winter. During this time, the leaves undergo a stunning transformation, displaying a rich array of colours, and the climate turns refreshingly chilly. It's important to remember that autumn doesn't signify an end; instead, it's a part of Mother Nature's perpetual cycle. The splendid hues of reds, oranges, yellows, and gold in autumn's palette serve as a vibrant prelude to the impending winter, inspiring us to embrace the season that follows. "

Associate of the month,Irina Marenica, thank you for your hard work! With image of Irina Marenica on a purple background. Text reads: ““I am incredibly honoured to be in the position where I am able to empower my clients, and create a space where they can start to understand themselves and recognise their strengths and their potential. I am grateful for the opportunity to support clients in understanding how they can be at their best, and help them to understand what needs to happen before it is like that. Whether this is through a workplace needs assessment, awareness session recommendations, or recommending our wonderful coaching work at Genius Within.”

A space to thrive...?

At the Good Ship Genius, we love to help people tap into their strengths! A question that we like to ask is for?people to describe what they are like when they are working at their best. Because all brains are different some people will answer with a very straightforward list, while others may tap into a metaphor to describe their state. Having so many creative and visual thinkers on our team we decided recently to collate these and turn them into a social media campaign where we chose videos that matched the descriptions. Here is one of our favourites.

Why not think about what your answer would be? To see the full collection take a look at our Instagram page.?

Do not forget to keep an eye on our social media channels for more?up-to-date information. Don't forget,?if you want to talk to us more about what we do, you are always welcome to get in touch.

Have a wonderful weekend,
