Associate of the Month?

It goes without saying that we love all of our coaches and very much appreciate the work they do. Coaching is an opportunity to support someone in overcoming obstacles and learning how to maximise their strengths. It can be the difference between just getting through the day and absolutely loving your job. What a brilliant way to make real change in people’s lives! Using the feedback data we collect from our coaching clients we like to select a coach to celebrate.

Image of Jacqui Manning on a purple background. Text reads 'Associate of the month, Jacqui Manning, thank you for your hard work! “I love the process of figuring out with coaching clients how they can achieve goals that they may believe are out of reach. It's wonderful seeing them achieve/exceed their goals and to see their self-confidence and belief in their strengths grow during their coaching journey". '

A space to thrive...?

At the Good Ship Genius we love to help people tap into their strengths! A question that we like to ask is for?people to describe what they are like when they are working at their best. Because all brains are different some people will answer with a very straightforward list while others may tap into a metaphor to describe their state. Having so many creative and visual thinkers on our team we decided recently to collate these and turn them into a social media campaign where we chose videos that matched the descriptions. Here are one of our favourites. Why not have a think about what your answer would be?

To see the full collection take a look at our Instagram page.?

Marcus openly discusses the challenges and triumphs he faced as an autistic adult while embarking on this entrepreneurial journey.?

Marcus has launched his Teemill store which can be found here. Check out Marcus' website and his recent feature on the Austistica website!
