Quality in Practice

We carry out approximately 17 quality checks between the fiberglass and assembly departments, following a system that has evolved over the years to consistently enhance the final product. Our process engages the workforce, motivating them to excel: quality is not imposed, but rather flows organically from well-organized procedures.

Our inspection process is based on incentives linked to achieving qualitative objectives, fostering a high sense of responsibility among our skilled workers. In fact, the certification process often confirms the self-assurance of their workmanship.

Stringent Inspections at Every Stage

To ensure unparalleled quality, we subject each stage of our yacht production to rigorous testing:

1. Raw Material Inspection: the department head assesses the resin using bench tests with the aid of Barcol. All incoming materials, including gelcoat, glass, and fillers, undergo meticulous checks following a pre-defined checklist.
2. New Mold Inspection: before use, every new mold undergoes a thorough inspection.
3. Laminated Inspection: laboratory checks verify the resin and glass percentages using a furnace. Tensile and flexural tests are also conducted.
4. Final Fiberglass Hull Inspection: incoming materials in the warehouse undergo verification and testing.
5. Electrical System Inspection: the electrical system is meticulously examined to ensure flawless functionality.
6. Water System Inspection: the water systems are put through rigorous assessments to ensure seamless operation.
7. Accessories and On-Board System Inspection: all accessories and on-board systems undergo stringent evaluation.
8. Engine Inspection: our engines are rigorously tested to meet our uncompromising standards.

Finally, an expert inspection team conducts a comprehensive final check to validate the craftsmanship at the end of our assembly lines.
