1. What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation is between 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

2. Where are you located?

We have two offices. Our Community office is located at Breedy’s Land, Silver Sands, Christ Church and the other is located at Thomas Daniel Building, Hincks Street, Bridgetown.

3. Do I need to come to your office and meet you in person to retain you or to receive legal services?

We usually accommodate face to face meetings to receive legal services. However, as a result of the recent COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently offering virtual/remote meetings.

4. Do you offer consultations via telephone?

Yes. We do offer consultations via telephone for the convenience of the client.

5. What type of legal services do you provide?

6. How will I be charged for legal services?

This is usually based on the nature and complexity of your matter.

7. Do you charge for consultations?

Yes. We charge a consultation fee.

8. How do I get started?

To get started, you should contact us and one of our team members will guide you with the next step.

9. What should I bring with me for my initial meeting with you?

For your initial appointment, you are required to have in your possession any relevant documents that were informed to have when you made your appointment.

10. How long have you been in practice?

I have been in practice for 10 years.

11. Can you take over from my current lawyer?

Yes. It is permitted in Law but certain formalities would have to be followed. We will be happy for you to contact us for more information.

12. Can I cancel any of the services that you have been hired for?

Yes. You can. You would have to officially inform us of this in writing first. You can find this guidance in our standard procedures which are provided to you at your initial consult with us.

13. Do I really need an attorney?

Check our post “ Do I need an Attorney” on Instagram and Facebook pages and you will get the answers there.

14. Is my case “big” enough for an attorney?

Each case is dependent on its facts. You would have to consult with an attorney to find out how your case can be handled.

15. When should I contact an attorney?

You should contact your attorney when you are ready to have your case handled.

16. Is the information I tell my lawyer confidential?

Yes. All information given to a Lawyer is confidential.

17. How will I be kept informed about my case?

We provide updates to clients regularly through an electronic-mail system or on request.

18. Do you offer Pro-Bono Services?

Yes. We offer a limited number of Pro-Bono services within a year.

19. How long will my claim take?

Each claim is dependent on its nature however, some cases are restricted by a limitation period.
