?Once a king went hunting with his chiefs, generals and soldiers and on the way they got lost in the forest.?Then the chief sent a soldier to search for the king.

In the middle of the forest there was a hermit's hut.?Monk was sitting under a tree outside the hut.?But that Monk is blind.?The soldier came near the monk and asks from the horse, hey ..did you see?our Maharaj leaving here??The monk said to him,?I am blind in both eyes, how can I see??The soldier said oh what happened because you are blind but you are not deaf??You must have heard some sound of horse's hooves.?If monk says no, I will not listen to anything.?The soldier goes away from there cursing someone.

?Then after a while the leader of the soldiers reached there and said, "What is it, monk, has our Maharaj gone from here?"?Monk says, no, Baba, your majesty has not come here, but a soldier who came looking for king has gone towards the north. After a while the commander came there and said.?monk Maharaj, have you come to know that our king has left here??Sadhu also replied to him as above.?After a while Pradhan himself came there, and he said respected monk?Maharaj we are looking for our king who has come for hunting.?Did you know they were here?

?The Sadhu also answered the Pradhan in the negative.

?After a little while, the king himself came there.?He bowed down to the monk and asked, My lord, my obeisance's at your feet.?I am suffering from thirst, if God permits, I would like to drink some water from your ashram.

?The monk said, "May the king welcome you, but you have come tired and exhausted, so don't drink water immediately. I will give you some fruit to eat. Eat it and then drink the water."?The king said, respected?Bhagavan how did you know that I am the king??Did anyone come here to look for me??Monk said yes sir, first a soldier came looking for you, then the captain of the soldiers came, then the general, then Pradhan came.

?The king said, Maharaj, how do you recognize their rights?

Monk said from his style of speaking.?The nobler one is, the gentler and gentler is his language.?The soldier called me hey .. Without any respect.?So the leader referred to me as respected monk.?Then the commander came and called me Monk Maharaj.?Pradhan addressed me as Monk?Maharaj.?And when you glorified me as my Lord, I knew it must be the King.
