Due to improper manufacturing of bending radius of J strap which leads to reduced the component flexibility. Due to the loss of flexibility, the J strap remains under high stress resulting failure of the Rotor during operation. Another reason due to presence of oxygen during the copper material manufacture process may cause embrittlement.
