According to a recent report by the World Economic Forum - Future of Jobs Report 2025 - a study conducted by Indeed reveals that despite the hype around GenAI, most human skills, especially those requiring differentiated understanding, complex problem-solving, and sensory processing, currently show a limited risk of being replaced by GenAI. This study analyzed over 2,800 skills and concluded that most of them (69%) have a very low or low probability of being fully automated by Generative AI.
What can GenAI really do? It can increase your productivity, expand your knowledge, and promote human-machine collaboration to achieve more robust results. Therefore, human supervision remains crucial even in areas where GenAI can provide assistance. However, GenAI is a powerful tool that requires a new set of skills, meaning professionals need to learn how to interact with these technologies and harness their full potential.
