News/ Articles of the Week

In the world of LLM;s

Microsoft is working on its LLM MAI-1. Even though it still stands with its whopping 10 M USD investment in OpenAI - this move can be seen as an approach to decouple and derisk its dependence on a single company. OpenAI has been in not-so-good PR for the last six months, which had Sam Altman removed and reinstated in no time, and its board is being reconstructed. Also, there has been news of Data and privacy, with many leading publishers suing OpenAi and its inability to confirm the source for its video AI, Sora. This move can be seen as an approach to diversify its LLM strategy.

Open Ai to directly compete with Google SGE and Perplexity ( this is a rumour :) - SAM ALTMAN just tweeted that its not true )

As per industry murmurs, OpenAI will soon develop its AI search capability in line with Google SGE and perplexity. Initially, the launch was planned for 9th May, but it has now been moved to 13th. Next week, we will have more news of this. In this significant move, Open AI directly targets the Google search market.

Preview of GPT 5

A mysterious chatbot GPT 2 appeared, disappeared and returned to the popular chatbot area LYMys. The advanced answers prompted the users to speculate that LLM powering it might be GPT 5, which is planned for a summer release. Even Sam Altman tweeted on this.

Video for this week

The video for this week is the TED talk by Mustafa Suleyman, the Head of the AI division of Microsoft. He talks about the role of humanity in shaping the future of AI. It is a very informative video which condenses his best-seller " The Coming Wave" in 20 minutes. Must listen.

This course focuses on the role of AI in digital marketing, namely in content creation, advertisement, ethics and future marketing applications. It delves into the role of AI in customer acquisition, retention, expansion and advocacy.

The explanation of "how the LLM works" is excellent. This field is so vast that we learn something new with every talk !!!. I highly recommend that all take up these certifications.
