Meet SuperTOBI – Vodafone’s New Generative AI Virtual Assistant Now Serving Customers in Multiple Countries
To enhance customer service, Vodafone has launched SuperTOBi, a Generative AI (GenAI) virtual assistant across Europe. Powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, SuperTOBi offers advanced capabilities, understanding and responding to complex customer queries more naturally and accurately than traditional chatbots. Initially introduced in Italy and Portugal, it will expand to Germany and Turkey, with further rollout plans for the year. SuperTOBi has significantly improved first-time resolution rates and customer satisfaction in Portugal. Complementing SuperTOBi are SuperAgent and SuperSearch, tools designed to assist Vodafone’s customer care employees and improve online support interactions.
