Throughout my extensive career in digital and human interactions, centered around empathy-driven approaches, I have developed a thought-provoking hypothesis. This hypothesis categorizes individuals into three distinct brain preferences when it comes to consuming information and data. The three categories are Analytical Thinkers, Abstract Thinkers, and Visual Learners. These preferences, I believe, have been shaped by the user experience limitations we have encountered in the digital landscape. However, with the advent of conversational possibilities enabled by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), a massive shift in enterprise experiences is on the horizon.
Analytical Thinkers, akin to "Excel Lovers," derive satisfaction from structured data representations, such as columns and rows. Abstract Thinkers, or Semi Abstractionists, prefer aggregated measures across various dimensions to gain holistic insights. Visual Learners, referred to as Full Abstractionists, seek comprehension through visual mediums like charts and graphs.
It is essential to reflect upon how existing user experience possibilities have influenced these brain preferences. The limitations in data presentation and interactivity may have constrained users, leading them to adapt to available digital formats. However, we now stand at an exciting juncture where the paradigm is shifting.
The rise of conversational AI, powered by Generative AI and LLMs, promises a transformative leap in enterprise experiences. Conversational interfaces, including chatbots and virtual assistants, enable rich interactions across text, audio, and video formats. This opens the door to personalized and immersive environments that cater to individual brain preferences.

The potential impact of conversational AI on enterprise experiences cannot be overstated. By harnessing the capabilities of AI technologies, enterprises can transcend traditional boundaries, delivering dynamic and intuitive environments that align with users' brain preferences. This revolutionizes how individuals interact with information and data, unlocking new levels of engagement and comprehension.
Enterprises embracing conversational AI will provide users with tailored experiences that align with their brain preferences. Analytical Thinkers will enjoy structured and organized data, Abstract Thinkers will uncover patterns from aggregated measures, and Visual Learners will comprehend information through visually appealing representations. This customization empowers users to access and understand data with unprecedented ease.
As the possibilities of Generative AI and LLMs continue to evolve, we are on the cusp of a profound transformation in enterprise experiences. The fusion of conversational interfaces and advanced AI technologies will shape a new era of user engagement and comprehension. By catering to the unique brain preferences of individuals, enterprises can unlock the full potential of their data and foster a more intuitive and tailored approach to information consumption.
The future is bright, and those enterprises that embrace the power of conversational AI will be at the forefront of this revolution. This new found capabilities of LLM will reshape enterprise experiences and unlock the true potential of digital interactions for everyone.

1 年Agree on all this. Future is already here. Conversational AI connected to key enterprise systems/workflows built around existing permissioning is a massive unlock. Incredible end user experience and drives tremendous waste out of the system for higher levels of productivity and operational efficiences.

1 年It is this excitement that LLMs and evolving models help to offer customized solutions . What I find challenging that it relies on gathering the entire spectrum of enterprise data and applying right set of models on them. Data is distributed and most of them are not archived regularly. It changes from industry to industry as technologies evolve and so do data models. These are the challenges like these that I forsee towards realizing the benefits of training and applying the models. But I am very positive about it too
