We seem to be using AI for just about everything these days. I've "heard" that developers are using it to generate code for their embedded projects. That's really cool, but....there may be a problem here. The ownership of that AI-generated code may not be so cut and dried. In fact, it may turn out to be completely open source, even if that was not your intention. Check out the article by Kenneth Briodagh , who spoke to a prominent lawyer and legal consultant.
