We’re looking for someone with pet industry experience and a deep understanding of how business works – from the manufacturing process to the wholesale environment, from finance to marketing and sales.

We need a business builder. Someone who gets tail-wagging joy from managing lots of moving parts, and who will be drooling over the opportunity to take this company to the next level.

Previously a small, family-owned business, this company has new owners who are investing heavily in equipment, branding and systems. Now, they’re keen to invest in your high-level business skills and experience to get their product on more Aussie shelves and break into an international market.

This drool-worthy job involves:

• Building and streamlining business processes
• Managing Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Leading a team of 12
• Reporting to Company Owner

But to get the treats you’ll need:

• Extensive knowledge of the pet industry
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Solid relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation skills
