General Assembly Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design assembly line layouts to meet production time requirements.
• Develop and maintain assembly process documents, including process flow charts, Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans (CP), and SOP.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methods to optimize production processes.
• Utilize Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the transition of new products from design to production, ensuring process feasibility.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production departments to complete process validation and pilot production for new products.
• Analyze quality issues on the production line and implement corrective actions.
• Use quality tools (such as FMEA, 8D, control charts) for root cause analysis and improvement.
• Reduce production costs through process optimization, automation, and layout adjustments.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Provide technical support and training to the production team to ensure compliance with process standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement key projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience; experience in automotive, mechanical manufacturing, or electronics assembly preferred.
• Proficient in CAD and process design tools.
• Knowledge of quality tools (such as FMEA, Control Plans, 8D) and Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities.

• 具备强大的数据分析和问题解决能力。
• 具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力。
