Gender Balance: a strategic imperative for companies?

All components of life are interrelated. For the purpose of this particular article, lets skip the usual arguments like historical data, pay gap, etc. as this article is not about men v women, it is about the balance. Lets compare apples & oranges & strawberries or philosophy & nature & business :)
Duality is an essential concept of life
Duality teaches us that every aspect of life is created from a balanced interaction of opposite and competing forces. Yet these forces are not just opposites; they are complementary. They do not cancel out each other, they balance each other.
Balance is the secret to success shared with us by nature
The balance of nature is a theory that proposes that ecological systems are usually in a stable equilibrium or homeostasis, which is to say that a misbalance will be corrected by some negative feedback that will bring the parameter back to its original "point of balance" with the rest of the system.
Gender Balance
Gender balance is not as simple as 1=1, 20=20, 100=100. It is more like in chemistry, when there are multiple factors and forces are at stake in order to create a perfect combination.
Although some of the numbers from World Economic Forum show a sad picture.
When it comes to business, gender imbalance creates negative feedback in a form of:
?Missed business opportunities
?Missed customers/niche audiences
?Business inefficiencies
?Imbalanced leadership approaches
?Reputational damages
?Legal risks
?Toxic company culture
?Etc.
Gender Balance is a strategic imperative because it will lead any business to SUCCESS as negative feedback won't occur...
