GenAI is already completely transforming strategy & strategic thinking

I’ve?worked with 4 new clients this past quarter: Reckitt (consumer goods, global), Paycor (HR software, USA), Octopus (electric vehicles, UK), and Zambon (specialty pharma, Italy).

In all 4 instances, we’ve?used a mix of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Mistral for part of the strategy formulation process. Be it to craft a marketing strategy, build a Happy Line analysis using 5 synthetic customer segments, analyse 10 competitors, generate 20 visions, etc. And this?yields amazing results!?
