I had the privilege to be part of an event hosted by Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management - SIOM where the panel I was part of had a lot of deliberations which are relevant to GenZ and how they can brace themselves for the future got discussed. One of the points that got discussed was what can the organisations do to welcome GenZ and how policies can be aligned, as several studies across the globe have shown that they are under tremendous pressure and are likely to get overwhelmed, anxious and probably are also under high stress when compared to the other generations.


While there are so many deliberations on what the organisation should do, I was wondering how the Gen Z can alter this direction and chart a different route for themselves with less stress.. some points which I felt resonated with the set of audiences during the event is what I have shared below..
