2 个月Congrats Jagmohan, a thought-provoking, well-researched article on How Gen Zees learn. Every generation needs to be coached. Undoubtedly. But each generation and many times each individual has to be coached differently. Just like 2 siblings demand different parenting styles, students do well with varying teaching styles. The elders need to understand, and empathetically deal with the coachees differently. Thats my humble take on Coaching the Gen Zs
