Work accommodations for commutes? ??

The District Court of Wisconsin rejected the EEOC ’s stance to defend an employee who was denied a commute accommodation for his vision impairment. Now, as the case stands in appeals, the Seventh Circuit concludes that employers may be obligated to provide accommodations related to an employee's work commute.
