Gen Z

Studies show that the younger generation, Gen Zs are lower at Problem solving , lower at Independence, and lower at stress tolerance than any generation before them. why? well the problem is society. We have phones now, we all now have information at our figertips, we also have helicopter parents, a lot of young people, we have these parents that want to give people the answers. And we have Leaders. Leaders should understand that, they are teachers. And as a teacher, they know the answers to their children's test, but if they give them the answers, they are not learning. so the worst thing that parents or leaders can do with employees is give them the answers. because then they are creating this culture as we talked about dependence that they need to ask their boss the answers, they need to rely on their parents, they need to trust google. They cant rely on their own judgements. And this is why Gen Zs have problem.
