Knowing your employees (KYE) is a very important tool when it comes to creating an employee experience. To have all you want from your employees, you need to help them have all that they want. It starts with knowing what they want. That requires genuine connection and making time to get to know your employees, which lays the foundation for inclusion, trust and collaboration.
