Let's turn to what LIMRA - 安永 call "the holistic wellness revolution," based on the results of their most recent preferences survey.

Primary takeaway for me: employers are drastically underestimating (thus undersupporting?) employees' desire for financial wellness.?This difference is larger than in any other category.

And by the way, emergency savings and financial wellness are among the largest YoY increases in preferences for both employers and employees.
