Gemelli Films Announces Product & Business Placement Opportunities
Brookhaven, NY — Gemelli Films has announced product and business placement opportunities in their new scripted series, New Dogs, Old Tricks.

Positive Business Impact
Many businesses have already benefited from placing their products in Gemelli Films productions. Maui Brewing Company, based out of Hawaii, placed their beer in Gemelli’s first feature-length film, What Happened Last Night. On February 7th, the film will be released on DVD throughout the USA and Canada by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, followed by a March release in the United Kingdom through Safecracker Pictures.
“Our brand is getting global exposure,” said Garrett Marrero, Founder and CEO of Maui Brewing. “We were able to reach a wider audience than traditional advertising. I’m so glad we decided to be a part of this.”

Gemelli Films is currently working on the spin-off series to What Happened Last Night, which stars David Otunga (The Call, WWE), Shelley Regner (Pitch Perfect franchise), Cody Calafiore (Big Brither 16), Clayton Snyder (Lizzie McGuire franchise) and many others. The opportunity for product placement is global, and products will be seen in the series. Brands will receive stills of their products in the series that they can use for their own marketing purposes.
New Dogs, Old Tricks will be filmed on Long Island. Gemelli Films has opened the opportunity to local businesses to be included in the series. “The show takes place on a college campus, so there are plenty of different ways that businesses can be incorporated,” said Diane Moje-Garcia, Locations Manager for the series. “We can film at the business location, or just feature their company’s logo. There are lots of ways to include them.”
Founded in 2015, Gemelli Films is a production company run completely by women. The company is determined to keep their productions on Long Island and grow the local economy of where the business is headquartered.
