Difference between walking & observing. Walking is cost, observing is Value.Objective of walking in the plant should be observing. Analyse the situation. Visual control of engineering is the strongest tools for continual improvement. Quality is a principle, not a technology. Use single piece flow layout , if line stops, Ask "WHY" five times to get real root cause of stoppage. Countermeasures to be followed by evaluation of results

9 年Thank you Anil ji. Currently I am consulting one new clutch Manufacturing plant ( From plant installation till commercial productionization ). Looking more opportunities for GEMBA improvement of other plants linking with final business goal of that plant.
