As our first GEEQ ambassador program slowly comes to an end, we have asked our current ambassador Manju J. what she thought about the program.

What does diversity and inclusion mean to you?

For me, diversity is when people bring different ideas, experiences and perspectives?to the table.

Inclusion means where people are?involved, valued, respected, treated fairly, and embedded in the culture.

?What did draw?you originally to be an ambassador?

Having attended GEEQ events prior to becoming an ambassador, I felt this is really an amazing platform to network and get to know people.

When I saw the?call for ambassador, I applied and got lucky to get into it.

?What did you like most about being an ambassador for GEEQ??What was the favourite part of your job?

Knowing how GEEQ works internally & how events are planned is my favourite part of being an Ambassador. My favourite job is explaining people what GEEQ is.

What’s the one tip you would future ambassadors give?

It takes time to make people understand the value of good things that we are doing.?So, don't lose hope but keep trying and you will have it one day. Good luck!
