Gearing up for the sales period with our eCommerce partner.

BOXRAW is a groundbreaking West Midlands-based business, founded in 2017, which celebrates boxing as a way of life – not just a sport – and offers exceptional clothing and equipment to the boxing community around the world. All the products are designed and produced by BOXRAW and largely manufactured overseas.

It’s been our privilege, at OCS Worldwide, to become an eCommerce fulfilment and overseas delivery partner for this exceptional company, which has grown exponentially in its seven years, and now exports all over the world, with the US being its biggest market.

We have been partnering with Boxraw since autumn 2023.

Thanks to our high-tech warehouse management system, at our Coventry fulfilment centre, we are able to pick and pack Boxraw orders with 100 per cent accuracy.

We then handle all the overseas shipping and can meet Boxraw’s customer delivery promise of three to six days for US deliveries, and two to four days for European deliveries.

Overseas deliveries, currently a few thousand a month, will accelerate during Boxraw’s June sale. To ensure we maintain levels of fulfilment during this period when sales are likely to increase by four or five times in volume, we are bringing in extra staff and opening the fulfilment centre during evenings and weekends.

Our Head of Client Accounts Steve Sidhu says, “It’s about building on our relationship with Boxraw, and looking at what we can do to help their business grow their brand and increase their sales and revenue.”

Izaak Amanna , Commercial Director for BOXRAW , says he is more than happy with the fulfilment and delivery service we provide and is hoping to transfer the company’s UK deliveries to our care. Here’s what he says about our service:

“Fulfilment-wise they are doing a really great job and we have no complaints. We have been through our fair share of distribution centres, and we are really happy with the service we are getting.

“If OCS do one thing really, really well it is their international shipping, specifically to the US. Some 55 per cent of our volume goes to the US, and for a US customer, it can be daunting ordering from an overseas brand.

“OCS’s US shipping is the best pricing on the market and is unmatched in terms of other shipping services. I have US customers who can order on a Friday and they get their items on a Monday. Our promised delivery time is three to six working days, and we are delivering within four days on average, so it is a really strong proposition.

“Ultimately, the fulfilment and shipping aspect is the first real experience the customer gets when they order, and our trust is then handed over to OCS, then and it’s up to them to meet the fulfilment and delivery KPIs. We can offer the best service possible, but it can be quickly let down by poor fulfilment and shipping and can result in negative reviews online; we don’t get this thanks to OCS.”
