Hello, Administrative Professionals!

Are you in the US and gearing up for the upcoming holiday? We sure are! In fact, I still need to *ahem* do some last minute shopping. That'll come later, though.

Right now, let's take a moment to dive into some ASAP offerings that are not only educational and meant to take your professional skills to the next level, but also a lot of fun. ????

Get Creative with AI Prompting

Artificial Intelligence is all the buzz right now, and getting high-impact results is reliant upon your knowledge of what prompts work best. In ASAP's upcoming course, High Impact ChatGPT Prompting for Executive Assistants, Fiona Young will take learners through ChatGPT, Copilot, and more while working through how they work, safe use, key players, use cases, and a deep dive into prompt crafting—with demos and practice throughout. It’s appropriate both for absolute beginners and those with experience using AI chatbots who feel they still have room to improve.

Get to Know Us

You might be wondering who's behind this newsletter... that would be me! Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Lydia Davidheiser and I'm ASAP's Content Coordinator. I'm in charge of sourcing, editing, and uploading most of ASAP's digital content, including articles, blogs, downloads, webinars, and workshops + courses. I work closely with our Editor Leah Warwick, PMP (we're two peas in a pod, you could say), as well as with the latest experts in the community to deliver you the best, most relevant content to help you in your professional development journey! If you've ever been on-site at any of our events, you may have also seen me at our podcast booth.

A few fun facts about me:

  • While I originally hail from Philadelphia, I now live in Portland, Maine where our company is headquartered.
  • I've only been with ASAP for a year, but what a tremendous journey!
  • I love to try out new recipes. Recently, I just made homemade chorizo and potato tacos with some fresh herbs from my garden, and they were *chef's kiss*!

Over the next coming weeks, you can expect to learn more about our other team members. Although I'm biased, I must say, I think we're a pretty cool bunch. ??

Did you Know?

For this week's fun fact, what better topic to talk about than fireworks? Do you know who consumes the most fireworks in the world? Here's a hint: it's a popular, worldwide company with a large young audience. ??

DISNEY! ??

The Walt Disney Company is said to be the largest consumer of fireworks in the world and it's estimated that they spend around $50 million a year on their displays. Does that surprise you?

Regardless of how you spend the rest of your week, everyone here at ASAP hopes you find time to connect with loved ones, have fun, and take some time to relax or rejuvenate.

Until next time! ??
