The company is located in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, with a factory area of more than 100,000 square meters, fixed assets of 630 million yuan and more than 1,300 employees. At present, the company has advanced gear production equipment at home and abroad, such as German Liebherr gear grinding machines, Japanese Tsunami CNC internal and external cylindrical grinding machines and MAZAK machining centres. It has formed an annual production capacity of 15 million pieces of gears and shafts and 200,000 units of gearboxes. The company has obtained ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality assurance system certification and is running normally, and has a perfect physical and chemical inspection and metrology centre for quality control, with Hexagon coordinate measuring machine, German Klingenberg P65 gear measuring centre and other precision measuring instruments, effectively achieving quality control of the whole production process.
At present, the company has 5 invention patents and 23 practical novelty patents, and the relevant projects have passed the acceptance of Zhejiang Province's key technological innovation special projects.
该公司位于浙江省温岭市，厂区占地面积十余万平方米，拥有固定资产6.3亿元，员工1300多人。目前公司有德国利勃海尔磨齿机、日本津上数控内外圆磨床、MAZAK加工中心等国内外先进的齿轮生产设备。已形成年产齿轮、轴1500万件，齿轮箱20万台的生产能力。且公司已经取得了ISO9001及ISO/TS16949质量保证体系认证并正常运行，质量控制有完善的理化检验及计量中心，拥有海克斯康三坐标测量机，德国克林贝格P65齿轮测量中心等精测仪器，有效的实现了对生产全过程的质量监控。
公司重视及大力投入取得了良好的效果，科研成果不断涌现，目前公司已经拥有5项发明专利及23项实用新颖专利，相关项目通过了浙江省重点技术创新专项验收。

Talent Requirement 人才需求
Academic Requirements: Doctoral Degree
Position 1 Heat treatment specialist.
Heat treatment engineer in the mechanical manufacturing or gear industry, preferably with independent heat treatment process optimisation projects.
Position 2 Mechanical design and manufacturing specialist.
Mechanical design and manufacturing or tool engineer in the gear industry, with independent projects in tool process technology optimisation preferred.
学历要求：博士学位
职位1. 热处理专家
机械制造或齿轮行业热处理工程师，有独立开展热处理工艺流程优化项目者优先。
职位2. 机械设计制造专家
机械设计制造或齿轮行业刀具工程师，有独立开展刀具工艺技术优化项目者优先。
Preferably with at least three years of work experience.
有三年以上海外工作经历的优先
