The GDPR deadline is fast approaching and non-EU companies, in particular, are struggling to understand when they are caught and what their obligations are, let alone make the changes necessary to comply with them, especially by May 2018.
We hope our GDPR for Non-EU Companies guide assists you in:
- determining if you are caught by GDPR
- if so, what your obligation are under GDPR
- how best to implement those obligation, especially in the minimal time left
Of course, we at EY are happy to assist with any or all of these matters related to GDPR and/or privacy compliance generally.
Best regards, Alec Christie
