GDI Internship Experience

I am happy to announce that I have completed my semester-long internship with the Global Development Initiative, Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Richardson Economic Development Partnership, and 3D TADA as a Global Strategy Intern!?

Throughout the semester, my team and I were given the opportunity to work with South Korean software company, 3D TADA, based in Seoul, South Korea. This project allowed us the opportunity to traverse the diverse landscape of softlanding international firms in the United States. 170+ hours and many late nights later, through the use of in-depth market analysis and professional presentation skills, we were able to deliver a final presentation with recommendations for our company to enter into the US STEM education market.?

This project was my fourth experience with consulting and gave me the valuable experience of working with an international company alongside my team. I want to say thank you to my team members, Joseph Choi, Tzitlally Vastida, Daniel Gomez, and Gabrielle Brewer, our project manager, Amelia Yin, and our administrators Hubert Zydorek and Lawrence Howorth for giving me the opportunity to represent UT Dallas to the world and support the city of Richardson.?

This program allowed me to meet many amazing people and I am incredibly grateful for the experience I had; I wish everyone the best of luck in their future careers!
