As 2024 comes to a close, we look back on a year brimming with achievements, growth and meaningful moments. From global collaborations to celebrating our team’s unwavering dedication, here are some of the highlights that defined our journey this year:

Empowering excellence through training:

To ensure operational efficiency, we conducted a comprehensive training session for security supervisors under the #Reiwa S/4HANA framework for MDS activities. This initiative reinforced our commitment to staying ahead in delivering exceptional service.

A morning of unity and motivation:

Our Area Sector Parade brought together security teams from esteemed clients, fostering camaraderie and shared purpose. Regional Manager, Praharsh Vachhrajani, inspired the teams with his words of encouragement.

Honouring 15 years dedication:

On August 18th, we celebrated the incredible commitment of our team by presenting the Long Service Award at Hotel Palmgrove, Chennai. The event, graced by Mr. S. Karuppusamy (Deputy Director, ESIC), honoured employees who’ve been with us for over 15 years. We also awarded the Captain Prem Kumar Memorial Scholarship to deserving wards of our personnel.

Strengthening global connections at the CII AGM:

This year’s Council of International Investigators (CII) AGM in Bogotá was a resounding success. From raising $11,780 for scholarships to exploring emerging trends like cryptocurrency and fraud, the event showcased the best of international collaboration. We were proud to be Silver Sponsors, continuing our long-standing association with CII.

Leadership that inspires:

Our President, Gautam Kumar, took on the prestigious role of President of the Council of International Investigators (CII), a reflection of his exceptional leadership and global recognition. We’re excited to see him guide the organisation to even greater heights.

Safeguarding tradition: 25 Years of Maa Shakti Navratri Festival:

This year marked our 25th year of providing seamless security for the Maa Shakti Navratri Festival. From crowd control to VVIP escorting, our efforts ensured a safe and joyous celebration. We were honoured with a memento recognising our unwavering commitment.

Achieving excellence in recruitment:

During a large-scale recruitment drive with over 1,000 candidates, our team ensured smooth operations and flawless execution. A big thank-you to Hitachi Energy’s Admin and HR team for their trust in us.
