With a Stellar Leader His Excellency Dr. Mohammed AlKuwaiti (The Head of UAE Cyber Security Council ). During the Fireside Chat His Excellency had shared valuable insights on how to address effectively the Challenges in Securing Nations and Societies and how Collaboration of the whole echo system plays a great role in that.

In addition, Being a great Male Ally to our @Women in CyberSecurity MiddleEast (#WiCSME), His Excellency had also acknowledged the efforts exerted from myside as WiCSME Chairperson and Cofounder alongside our brilliant WiCSME Ladies on growing our #WiCSME Community across the Region. It was indeed a great testament to the Great and Continuous Support Dr. AlKuwaiti and UAE Cyber Council as a whole had always given to #Women Empowerment in a critical field like #CyberSecurity.

1.2?? Panel Discussion on Transformation & Digitalization:?A Panel Discussion: " #Transformation and #Digitalization in the #Gulf Safeguarding our Digital Era... #Challenge Accepted",?

I was honored to share this Panel with the my esteemed Colleagues:? Abdullah Altuwaijri (CEO - Private, Consumer & Digital Banking, Boubyan Bank boubyan ), Dr Meshari Alfouzan ( Managing Partner & Medical Director, Crown Dental Center ), and our Moderator Dr AbdelElah Saaty ( Member at AlShoura #Saudi Council).

Having the Panelists coming from Different Industries (#Energy, #Banking, and #Healthcare), Our discussion was very Enriching with insightful thoughts and covering different perspectives. Some of the Session's takeaways: Through our Discussion I had emphasized on the Importance of Digital Transformation Journeys becoming a Necessity and no longer a luxury specially in our Oil and Gas Sector.

Mr. Abdullah had highlighted that when a Solution/Digital Service is being created all respective Departments' Stakeholders set on the same table to ensure Customer experience is ticked while Security is embedded by Design and at Stage Zero.

Dr Meshari had also shared Success stories of using AI in their Dental services provided that enhanced their Services efficiency and their Customers' Satisfaction. He also highlighted that when Going Digital, CyberSecurity goes hand-in-hand always.

During the GCC@Harvard Conference, I had the privilege to Contribute at the #Girls_Global_Day Event in coordination with the UN's Regional International Telecommunication Union (office of Arab States ) and The Network of Women-IT Arab. I had given a Special Motivational Talk Virtually on how to Thrive in the #Tech World & How to Become A Passionate and Empathetic #FutureLeader.

The GCC @Harvard 2024 Conference was an Excellent Opportunity for me to #Learn as well as to #Share thoughts, to #inspired and be #Inspired, to Connect and Network with Brilliant #Minds, Great #Humans, Outstanding #Leaders, and Huge Amazing Group of Talented & Promising #Youth of Our #Futures_Leaders (Nations' Greatest Assets).

???? Sharing some of the Insights from #GCC @Harvard Conference which had resonated deeply as similar thoughts had came cross my mind as well:

?? Dr. Majid Al Fayyadh, MD, MMM (CEO, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center ): had shared his insights in being a Passionate Physician where he enjoyed being clinical and practitioner and wasn’t interested much in the Managerial and Executive roles. Yet, When promoted to become the CEO of Hospital, he had realized that with his Great Experience and his Executive Role he was able to #Serve and benefit More Patients and support his Fellow Physicians through the #Empowerment and Enablement’s he was able to offer to the provided and physicians at the Hospital.

?? Mr. Bader Ebrahim Al-Attar (MD Planning & Finance, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation ): Highlighted how our Kuwait's Oil Sector is exploring Opportunities at Renewable energies in innovative yet professional approaches.

??Dr. Raymond Liu (VP, Mass General Brigham ): had interestingly shared that in a Change Culture : #Courageous #Changes defeat #Bureaucracy and #Governance which many of us Suffer from.

??Dr. MAHMOUD ALYAMANY MD (Director Health,Wellbeing and Biotech Sector, NEOM ) : Dr. AlYamani had highlighted that in #NEOM Healthcare Sector they are introducing #DigitalTwins in their #Healthcare Services (becoming Proactive rather than Reactive), and they are following a Flexible Model to adapt to #Change (We can't leave anyone behind), so they have introduced an approach that covering All type of Patients thru different Offerings in away that reduces the resistance to Change to adapt to Latest Bio-Technologies.

As Patient's who has high resistance to Change will Eventually see others getting more benefits because they had joined the digital Transformation Wave of the Digital Twin in comparison to their state where they only go if they got sick. Gradual Culture transformation and adaptation to Change.

??Prof. Ahmad Alrumayyan ( Associate Dean, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences ) : He highlighted importance of #Mentoring & that a #Leader is measured not by how many #Years he ruled, but by how many #Leaders rose during his #Time.?

??Ms. Amal Dokhan ( Managing Partner, 500 Global) : Highlited that #Entrepreneurship is not about complex, it's about #Knowing what the #Job to be Done,

?? #Mother's Day?? + Voice of #Humanity ???: During GCC @Harvard Conference, the World Celebrated #Mothers' Day on the last Day of the Conference,

and Her Excellency Ambassador AlZain AlSabah ( Al-Zain Al-Sabah ) had started her Talk with the great Respect and Admiration to the #Mothers in #Palestine who had given a Global #RoleModel of what #Motherhood stands for, and How #Women #Resilience is shown in Action. Her words had resonated deeply with all of us as reminded us the Importance of always standing to what is #Rightful to our #Humanity and to always call for #Peace and #Freedom.

During our Conference, we also witnessed a #ProPalestine Walks by some Harvard's Students, Staff, Families who stood in solidarity #Free_Palestine ???? and Supported the Stop of the #Genocide.

It was indeed One Voice of Humanity that unite us All around the Globe as We are and will always be #StrongerTogether (The Protest Pictures credits goes to the Talented Photographer Mr. Abdularahman AlBedah .

The Conference was professionally organized by the Diwan led by Saad Al-Tami, M.A., Ed.M. mi (President), @Mousa AlZoweili (VP), Ms. Deiaa AlOthman (Chair of Conference Organizing Committee), Dr. @Neven Esknder (The Program Advisor ) and a Group of Amazing and Awesome #Volunteers where many were Students joining to support the event from various Universities in the States.

I loved the sense of #Unity, #Diversity, #Intellectuality, #Humility, #Kindness, #Excitements which I had seen and felt among Conference #Speakers, #Attendees, and #Organizers. I felt that with the Award's News trending, had somehow contributed in a humble way?to raise our Societies’ awareness about #CyberSecurity as Career and Industry.
