GCCC splashes just under $21m on new 5Ha water depot
Gold Coast City Council has secured 5.0 Ha parcel of industrial land for just under $21m on Lots 2 & 3 at "City Link Industrial " estate - The Gold Coast latest industrial land sub-division off Eastlake Street in Carrara, Gold Coast.
In an off-market transaction, Gordon Corp and Colliers International's Pat Cavanagh oversaw the deal with the Council which will adjoin their existing maintenance depot to the north. The location was a 'no-brainer' for them.
The sale reinforces confidence in the industrial sector amid recent global conditions as another three industrial lots went under offer this week. "There has been very strong interest in the remaining lots as many local and national businesses have in fact benefited from the recent pandemic."
