Gayathri's Inspiring Journey: A Year of Growth and Innovation at DX FutureTech

As I complete my first year at DX FutureTech , I want to take a moment to reflect on my journey and share some key accomplishments during this time.?

Over the past year, I was honored to be nominated to attend the Salesforce World Tour in Dubai in 2024, where I had the privilege of representing our company. The event provided an excellent platform for me to connect with numerous industry professionals, showcase our work, and enhance DX FutureTech’s reputation within the Salesforce community.?

I would also like to express my gratitude to Ajay Rathi and Alka D’Souza for their support and collaboration. Additionally, I want to thank our Vice President, Aditya Kishor, for his mentorship and guidance throughout my time here. His leadership has been instrumental in my professional growth. Joining the company at a critical stage allowed me to contribute significantly to the smooth setup of our operations in India, a transition that was crucial for the company’s expansion. I am deeply appreciative of Aditya's support and the opportunity to be part of this important phase.?

I am thrilled to work on multiple projects in a short span and achieve many milestones with my team members. This would not have been possible without Aditya’s impeccable support and the cooperation of all my colleagues. I also have the privilege of interacting directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailor-made solutions even within tight deadlines. This opportunity has played a key role in expanding my knowledge, enhancing my interpersonal skills, and much more. From implementing Salesforce solutions to improve operational efficiencies in the real estate sector to optimizing processes in retail and mall management, each day has been a remarkable learning experience.?
