Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani addressed the shareholders on Tuesday during the conglomerate’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and took clear shots at the US-based short-seller Hindenburg Research. Dismissing the allegations of fraud made against the Adani Group, he said that the report was a combination of targeted misinformation and discredited allegations. “This report was a deliberate and malicious attempt aimed at damaging our reputation and generating profits through a short-term drive-down of our stock prices,” Gautam Adani said.?

Reliance Industries Ltd’s demerged entity Jio Financial Services will temporarily enter the blue-chip indices NSE Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex on 20 July. NSE will conduct a special pre-open auction session for the Mukesh Ambani-led RIL stock, following the financial services arm spin-off, to determine RIL stock price without the demerged unit. USFDA approves Sanofi and AstraZeneca’s drug to prevent RSV in babies and toddlers
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Beyfortus (nirsevimab-alip) for the prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) lower respiratory tract disease. According to a statement by?USFDA, this approval is for neonates and infants born during or entering their first RSV season, and in children up to 24 months of age who remain vulnerable to severe RSV disease through their second RSV season. The drug, Beyfortus, was developed by Sanofi and AstraZeneca.
