Victoria is inching towards the concept of ‘Safer Supply’ for drug users, supposedly aimed at reducing the harm of the illicit drug trade, however as Canada is experiencing this strategy is a failure as it promotes drug use, particularly among teenagers hood winked by the ‘Safer’ reference in the strategy – no drugs are safe.
