GATEWAY OF PACIFIC Building is on the way!!

CSI Electrical Contractors, Inc. is looking forward to working with Turner Construction Company on the Gateway of Pacific project.

This project will consist of approximately 550,000 gross square feet comprised of two towers of office space connected by a common atruim, a separate amenity bldg and a 2-level parking garage below grade. Office tower A will be thirteen stories, tower B will be 6 stories.

Our Management Team: Pat Boehmer, Mike Mortl, and Stan Jacobi (Superintendent) along with the engineering AEI( Cold Shell Portion), CSI (Warm Shell), FLAD Architects are sure to make this another successful project!
