A few take-ups that I have shared in the post will be describing for more details and understanding, why I have to use that technique and how it can help any fresh graduate or individual or grab it or make it to BIG 4s.

)learn to unlearn = We all have few traits and few things we learn to grow, but being adaptable is only possible when you are not rigid in your approach. People sitting there will help you only if you are there with learn mind and unlearning approach

)Flexibility = When you are flexible it is easy to change and remold your thoughts and the learning process becomes faster, this gives you a better grip on your topic to perform and give your best with all possible angles i.e 360-degree approach.

)Share at max = Sharing makes you more knowledgeable and confident about your work. During that sharing process, you will rethink about your work and will rectify where it requires improvement. it will make you more confident about your work. So share it will people around you at max.

)Build your Flexi arena = Where ever you are having people whom you trust or can approach for the second opinion is very important. Having your mentors or seniors who help you to grow and help you see and choose the right path is equally important.

)Respect people & profession around. = once you get some work respect that no matter what it is, it will help you define your stature and revamp the structure of your profile. So your people who support you for those work and your position that you hols had a weight age of its own apart from your sole thoughts.

)Every client is important= We are in a digital space, every client comes to you not necessarily will give you the same business in terms of money or work. Once you start feeling the same for all, your deliveries to business will be very particular to you and that will speak positively for you as a process in it.

)Value diversity = Everyone is Amazing and has something special then others also we have are now a day multi-talented and multi-taskers. Diversity in thoughts is making us amazing with our productivity. Engineering, Mangement, Sociology, Economics, Natural Science, English, whatever it is but see it from an open mind, you will feel the difference once you start connecting the dots for it. They are connected hence easily available to be thinking as diverse.

)Build relationships = We are in a networking world, the world of the web. Building your relationships within the range or outside the range has become very important. you may be amazed by your work, but the world needs to know that. It is only possible when you network, learn, share so go and build relationships.

)Client problem = your problem = It is an amazing statement, when I heard that I could recall of the '90s when it was a very famous to be only associate with problem superficially to give solution from outside the situation as strategic management part but now feeling the problem and pain of situation is a very important aspect of a consultancy is, you cannot be seeing it from outside and advising possible trials for same. it is not at all expected.

)Defining the problem = We all are good at giving advice, that's how we reach solutions and give it all and finish, but it is not accepted. The solution will come but o have exactly or solution of the maximum agreement you need exact problem. Hearing it, again and again, means understanding the root cause. Listening is very very important for this or you will not be able to define the problem. So Defining the problem becomes foremost in the case.

)Max agree on Solutions 80% - 20% =As we talked in the above about maximum agreement. being a consultant doesn't mean you have to reach to give some exact solution, If your problem statement is clear to you, maximum agreement to reach the solution is expected to be 80% - 20%, The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) We have used it as slightly without convenience of agreement here.

)The iterative approach is important =A process for arriving at a decision or a desired result by repeating rounds of analysis or a cycle of operations. The objective is to bring the desired decision or result closer to discovery with each repetition (iteration). We have done that multiple times once we know that we are looking at that point to reach there we will use various approaches multiple times that's how it is expected to be achieved.

)Believe in your self no matter what. =Time will come when you will feel, am I on the right path. If you are following a few ethical formats and guideless. Yes, you are. It may take time but it will be done. So believe in your approach, rethink, redefine, reapproach, but believe in yourself and your work.

)leverage the experience around you. = We are lucky to be a part of this digital world, apart also we have a lot of amazing experience around for specific specializations. Age is just a number. we all can leverage our experience work and knowledge. Ideally one should do that without a miss.

)Culture is as important as Knowledge. =We feel that reaching to a place is only possible through knowledge, very true. One more factor is important for many places. If I specifically talk about the company like Mckinsey, HOw they are different then other consulting firms, in that case, culture is equally important for them. there thought the process has to click equally as knowledge for culture also. So yea Being Culture fit is a very important point.

)Partners are important. = Consulting firms work with Partners, CEOs, CXOs, CFOs, and many others as well. they are very important for them to work with as these partners multiple their clients and work best for solutions so it automatically becomes important for them.

)Enable the client to succeed. = We will build Trust if we make our clients more and more enable with our support. that is what they have hired consultants to form companies to make it easy and handlable. Restructuring, Redesigning, Reengineering is ok. By enabling will give them the power to Reenforce and win.

)Join communities = Lot of communities are around, please join them. a lot of information is floating everyone, filter and see what can be of your use and let it help you grow.

)Take ownership of your work= Start taking ownership of your work. It is not about you being responsible for a whole or small piece, once you take ownership of your piece of work you learn to be more confident with that and if work is great, amazing and if not at least you know to improve and deliver the possible best. Mistakes can happen, but learn to accept it and improve and work the best possible plan for the same.

)Work on your CV. = Last but not the least, Your CV is very important. Keep it crisp, to the point, don't repeat, don't use direct statements(Added a slide for it, please read).

  • Develop context for your profile(eg. VP at E-cell)
  • Your role in that context (What were you handling)
  • Impact of your role(Difference you created)
  • The magnitude of that role( how it effected and bought the change or difference)
