Gatestone Welcomes Brian W. Zempel as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer

Gatestone, North America's most experienced BPO operating continuously since 1926, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Zempel as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 1st. Brian's appointment will contribute to Gatestone’s ongoing efforts to drive growth and deliver value to our clients.

Brian brings over 35 years of exemplary experience in the financial services sector to Gatestone. His illustrious career includes executive leadership positions at renowned organizations such as HSBC, Bank of America, and Kohl's Department Stores. Most recently, Brian served as President & CEO of CFNA, a wholly-owned subsidiary and credit card bank of Bridgestone Americas, where he led the organization to record-breaking results and garnered numerous industry accolades.

Throughout his career, Brian has excelled in high-impact roles spanning operations, business development, client relations, marketing, credit risk analytics, business strategy, and finance. His extensive experience working with retailers, banks, and various financial services ecosystem organizations aligns perfectly with Gatestone's diverse client base and service offerings.

Brian holds an MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas Christian University. He also holds a Six Sigma Master Black Belt designation. Beyond his professional life, Brian is actively involved in several philanthropic board roles.

Brian will be based in Nashville, Tennessee.
