We have been making and licensing gate drive systems for larger power converter companies since 1997.
Shown above a tailored design for a 750V bus converter, bi-directional,
driving two large SiC modules at 50kHz.
Input signal is +/- 8mA (+/- 7v5) from the controller - designed by us.
Output is +18V, -5V, with 7 amp turn off drive to each mosfet.
[ you can have gate fall times of 15nS if you want ]
Minimised turn on delay, 100nS, and turn off delay, 60nS.
Fully isolated with good CM rejection > 15kV/uS CMTI.
- 100% duty cycle capable.
UVLO for supply failure. LED indicators.
Adaptive gate drive upon request.
Current versions 1500V bus capable.
Being made of discrete components - the volume cost is very reasonable,
- and you will never run short of parts.
Long lived gate drivers that just deliver . . .
