Finally! We have a methodical, risk-based approach to deliver incremental benefits during an IGA deployment program.
I had the honor to co-author this research led by my colleague David Collinson. This is a long overdue update to Gartner's deployment planning model, and really simplifies the choices of what elements to approach first when deploying IGA.
I really like this recommendation as a rule of thumb: Deploy using a “broad and shallow” approach, rather than “narrow and deep” by increasing the depth of capabilities incrementally, with automation targeted later in the program.

4 年Interesting approach Henrique thank you for sharing it! I noticed Identity Analytics and reporting is a Stage 1 activity, what would you analyze and report on given that the repositories would be scattered and there would be no centralized identity (in my cases). Also, should Analytics also be a part of Stage 5, ongoing activity?
Great thanks for sharing it!!! Abra?o amigo de Portugal
