Responsibilities for Travel Specialist -

• Triaging emails to the respective team when necessary to meet customer service
• Understand Gartner's travel program, processes and global T&E policy
• Assist travelers with travel visa questions and needs in collaboration with Gartner's preferred visa supplier
• Provide support and education to associates for general travel program and process inquiries
• Work with preferred travel suppliers to resolve traveler issues
• Drive and support continuous improvement by supporting management initiatives
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
