Use social media, any kind, it can be facebook, instagram or any other platform like linkedin too. Know what people like and what not. Then start posting. Or you can just post anything but be sure to not have much of spoilers. Except you have a site/platform that is for that and be ready for people to show their opinion.

Criar um planejamento é muito importante para escolher os canais que melhor se adequam a sua comunidade de usuários. Identificar qual melhor horário, melhor linguagem, melhor rede social atende seu público. Programar conteúdos coerentes e constantes gera uma comunica??o mais forte e eficaz.

Choosing the right channel in social media will depend on where your audiences are. For instance, if we talk about young library users attending public libraries, you may want to use/explore TikTok, IG, etc. But if your library users belong to an internal library, you must work with your IT to use internal social media such as Viva, Intranets, etc. To get some ideas, please review first what other peers are doing and get inspired. Don't forget to give the proper credit. Always keep in the loop stakeholders such as your Communications Team, External Relations and Human Resources; sometimes, they already have the channels in place. They would love to collaborate with you to make successful campaigns to reach out and deliver your messages!
