Garbage in Garbage out

That’s the concept known in Machine learning and mathematics which means the quality of output largely depends upon the quality of input. If we feed the system with corrupted, flawed, or nonsense input, the output is going to be flawed and nonsense too.

Our brain is also a system. Our thoughts, actions, feelings, perceptions, what we see and believe feeds the brain and produces results. More often than not and unknowingly we feed our brains with negativity, criticism, gloomy thoughts and fear of failures which overcast our positive thoughts. We start losing self-confidence and start doubting our abilities.

It was during Y2014 when I ended up unemployed for some personal reasons. From a well-respected job in New Delhi(India), suddenly I was jobless and searching for a new opportunity. As time stretched, I hit my rock bottom, my savings started to disappear, I was losing confidence and started to doubt my skills and capabilities. I’d apply hundreds of vacancies each day but wasn’t getting any interview calls since I was not working. But as they say, every defeat is just the bEND and not the END.

I took a detour from negativity and started to look at the bright picture. I invested time in learning new things, meeting people and consider the gap as a blessing and as it would have it after about 3.5 months I got a really good opportunity to restart my career.

So my end thoughts here is to feed your brain with positivity thoughts and happiness. Do something you love to give your brain a sense of accomplishment. Feed your brain with the best of spirits and so will be the results. Be the Best version of yourself.
