*Garbage isn’t a baggage to carry around*
We come across many who are short fused, take off at small trigger which may yet to happen., always waiting with cannon ball than bullets to be smashed at the first instance. These set of people are growing pretty fast!?
Best part is such people are far beyond our control. They seem to be having loaded rifles by sheer words. Let’s focus One which is always in our control!?

Be it any situation - How do we respond to ourselves, our family and team members is character trait..?
People who are filled to the brim keep throwing it all over the day and across places… We can only respond., NEEDNOT react...?
Great human beings move from react to respond to reflect and clear the root cause. Reflect is highest form of introspection and way of living too!?
Very few leaders know how to manage this one and one who handles well are the ones who succeed too!!! They are leaders who pass on a legacy..?
Waving back is also a great response and as I see this can change few others for good. Even by being passive many important lessons can be taught., for self and to others too!!?
Last - Are we a truck of garbage moving in and out of the city daily or truck of bouquets to pass on the fragrance. Choice certainly lies with us!
