Garbage-in Garbage-out

Long term and impactful communication becomes lifeline of relationships anywhere whether in personal, professional or corporate lives.

Communication is not only about use of words, there are other unspoken actions that create impact, however, in the author’s view often times the most far reaching impact is of the words used in communication.

People tend to recall the remarks received from others or the words used to compliment them.

So for some people, good or bad both types of words are not easy to forget for years, for others, it even takes a lifetime to overcome the causal hurt and pain of those words.

This happens because, unfortunately, human beings often fall into the trap of the dark sides of their personalities that usually remains latent, but just sometimes somehow in some people it just activates and toxifies their minds. This toxicity takes its toll on all attributes and leaves the person as a factory that takes in only negatives from surrounding, processes the same negative thoughts and produces them in form of negative words.  

These harsh words used create damaging effects right left and center in the minds and hearts of others, usually creating feeling of demotivation and dislike, and at times pushing these souls to become clones of the abusers.

Someone once said there is always a choice in every situation. Just that the strength required to exercising the difficult choice is immense and the cost of exercising such choice is tremendous too that many do not dare to choose.

Someone once also said the path to righteousness would not be so easy to walk on. Challenges will always be there, but the one who would make the right choice will reap the bounties ultimately.

The choice of using the blessings in the right way. Blessings like the mind – to think constructive, select the right words to communicate, the ability to speak or communicate to use the right language, tone, frequency, pitch and expression and weight to save whatever is there.

On the other hand, the other mindset chooses to think negatively, makes use of words that infuse toxins in the environment, cause concern, pain and agony to others leaving deep scars making the relationships ugly - a damage beyond repair.

The universal truth is that there always exists a choice. One just has to wait and feel it. This feel is not possible in anguish  

People management is all about knowing your stakeholders and influencing their behaviors through your communication.

Appropriate words, used the right way create a long-term impact on the minds and hearts.

The quality of input is directly proportionate to its outcome and impact - garbage - in garbage - out.
