Our training programs cover the latest technologies and best practices in cloud migration. This included AWS Training and Certification programs, ensuring our workforce was well-equipped to handle the demands of modern migration projects. Currently, we have 118 active AWS certifications in-house.

Are fine-tuning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

To ensure consistency and quality, we developed detailed SOPs for migration and modernization. These procedures, such as the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), serve as a blueprint, guiding our projects and ensuring excellence at every step.

We invest in the most elite tools to streamline our migration processes. Tools like AWS CloudEndure and AWS Migration Hub improved efficiency and reduced the risk of errors, ensuring smooth and reliable migrations.

Built a culture of Comprehensive Documentation

Detailed documentation became integral to our approach. From design documents to implementation plans, thorough records provide transparency and repeatability, essential for high-quality outcomes. We adopted best practices from the AWS Well-Architected Framework to guide our documentation processes.

Built Customer-Centric Solutions: We focused on understanding our clients' unique needs and tailored our migration solutions accordingly. By stitching together disparate data sources, we created a seamless data fabric that supported comprehensive business needs. For instance, using AWS Data Migration Service (DMS) allowed us to migrate databases with minimal downtime.

Host in-house weekly events for knowledge sharing culture: Encouraging a culture of continuous learning, we facilitate weekly sessions for our geniuses every Friday. This ensures our team stays ahead in the rapidly evolving cloud landscape. We also participate in AWS re:invent conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends.
