At Penna we always aim to provide thought provoking seminars and with that in mind, we're looking to host the following breakfast seminars around Gamification, discussing whether it's a fad or the untapped frontier.

Gamification has been the subject of so much hype in recent months that you’d be forgiven for thinking that it was the future of our industry, so it’s only natural that many organisations feel they should consider using it in their HR, resourcing and talent activities. But in reality, most aren’t sure why or what impact it will make.

At this event, we will headline the findings from the latest Penna research involving more than 100 HR Directors and over 1000 employees. Gamification experts Fenturi will also share examples of how they are applying gaming principles to enhance the people capabilities of well known organisations. Finally, we will share thoughts on if, how and when Gamification will be adopted into the mainstream of HR activity.
